No, absolutely not. Creative marketing coaching is for anyone who wants to bring more creativity into their life, or who would like to develop their marketing in a unique and authentic way, whatever stage you are.

This depends on whether you’re getting email coaching or face-to-face coaching. With face-to-face coaching, it could be a mix of conversation, creative exercises, and actionable steps tailored to your needs and goals.

With email coaching it’s very much the same thing, but with the freedom of being able to take your time over your thoughts, responses and the way you respond to questions, exercises and steps asked of you. And, this can be done in your own time when you feel like it, rather than instantly within a face-to-face meeting, meaning you can ponder any difficult questions and really examine how you feel.


This depends on your goals, your openness to coaching and your willingness to tackle those difficult things, but some start seeing shifts in their mindset and creativity after just one session. The more consistent you are with the practices we develop, the faster you’ll experience results.


That’s exactly what I’m here for. We’ll work together to identify the root of the block and develop practical tools to help you move past it.

Email coaching is just the same as face-to-face coaching, except is everything is done via email rather than in a face-to-face discussion.

It’s a fantastic choice for those who are introverted, struggle to articulate themselves verbally, or would like a bit more space and time to ponder their answers. By allowing all interactions in a written format, you also get the added advantage of having access to me pretty much as and when you need me, rather than having to wait until the following face-to-face session.

I respond to client coaching emails when I am next at my desk after you’ve sent them and you can ask me questions about things as and when they happen throughout the week.

I believe in offering affordable coaching to everyone no matter what walk of life you’re in, so purposely keep my coaching sessions priced low.

Alongside this, although I have extensive knowledge of my subject area, I only started formally coaching clients much more recently, which is another reason why your investment is so cost-effective.

I wouldn’t recommend doing less than four sessions. Most people need 4-8 sessions to work through an issue. My quick wins package is a package of four sessions to work through smaller issues in short periods of time.

Yes. If you’re going to do face-to-face sessions, it’s a good idea to have a get-to-know-you session before we start, so we can both get to know whether we’re a good fit. I offer a free 30 minute get to know you chat for all potential clients.
